Information you give us

When you request an in-home evaluation, send us a message, or fill out any form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city, and details about your dog and your training goals. If you choose to upload short video clips of your dog's behavior, those clips are stored privately and are viewed by our trainer to prepare for your evaluation. If you become a client, the media waiver in your training agreement allows us to feature client videos on our website. Videos from visitors who do not become clients are not shown publicly.
