Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an evaluation or training session without penalty. With proper notice, you can move your appointment to another available time at no charge — just call or text us at (909) 562-9273.

The in-home evaluation

The $99 in-home evaluation fee is nonrefundable, but it is never lost with proper notice: give us at least 24 hours and we will happily move your evaluation to a time that works.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or missing an appointment without notice, may forfeit that session. We set aside dedicated time and travel for every in-home visit, so we appreciate as much notice as you can give.

If we need to reschedule

If we ever need to move an appointment on our end, we will give you as much notice as possible and priority on the next available time.
